Here is a complete copy of the annual terms and conditions
and whenever filling out a form on line or on paper you agree to understand and abide by these conditions
Annual
Monitoring Terms and Conditions:
Monitoring will be provided by a twenty-four hour Central Station enlisted by High Level Alarms.
In case of alarm conditions received, Central will make every attempt to notify the call list as indicated in
the separate Central Station Data Form. If for any reason Central should
fail to complete this task , neither High Level Alarms nor the Central Station will be held liable or responsible.
All equipment is owned by the subscriber who hereby agrees to accept full responsibility for the operation or
non-operation of his alarm system. Testing regularly is highly
recommended. This contract does not imply or guarantee that a break in
or other mishap cannot occur.
This contract is binding for a period of one year.
Payments referred to as monthly are calculated annually. In the event
of early termination the balance of any payment may be applied to another account at your new location but there will
be no refunds for termination for any reason.
Annual payment will be due upon receipt of invoice. This will
allow time for canceling accounts that will not be renewed.
Should payment not arrive by the beginning period date listed below, monitoring will cease at midnight
of the final monitored day and will
automatically be cancelled on the first day of the month.
Please be advised that monitoring
discounts are applied to PayPal payments only when paid prior to the due
date. On or after the due date full payment will be due, $227.40.
If monitoring is terminated because payment was not received, it may be reinstated as soon as Full Payment is
received. The regular payment
price is $227.40 annual, so if you want the discount, please utilize PayPal
and please do not be late.
At no time will this system be programmed by anyone other than High Level Alarms.
